Rules and conditions for using DDoSia Monitor
Last updated: September 4, 2026
By accessing or using DDoSia Monitor (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Dario Fadda as part of the Ransomfeed observatory, based in Cagliari, Italy.
DDoSia Monitor is a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) platform that aggregates and presents OSINT data about potential DDoS targets associated with the DDoSia botnet and the NoName057 hacktivist group. The Service is provided for defensive cybersecurity, research, and organizational preparedness. It is not an attack tool and must not be used to plan, facilitate, or conduct offensive operations.
Some features require a free registered account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Email verification is required before full access is granted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate defensive or research purposes. You must not: • Use the Service to launch, coordinate, or support attacks • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts • Scrape or overload the platform in ways that impair availability • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation • Redistribute data in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights Threat intelligence data is provided "as is" from public sources; use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable regulations.
The Free plan includes dashboard access, search, calendar, and configurable email reports. The Premium plan (€9.90/month) adds monitored assets and instant email alerts when your assets appear in target lists. Payment is processed by PayPal; subscription management (including cancellation) is handled through your PayPal account. We may modify plan features or pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect an active billing period already paid for.
The DDoSia Monitor brand, website design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. OSINT target data originates from third-party public sources. You may use exported data for internal security purposes; commercial redistribution or republishing requires prior written consent unless otherwise permitted by law.
The Service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Target listings reflect publicly reported intelligence and do not constitute confirmation that an attack will occur or has occurred. Always verify information through your own security processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dario Fadda and Ransomfeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €50 if you use the Free plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service is no longer feasible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cagliari, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
